The club holds a
luncheon at Marsh Landing every election year to announce the results of
the election. We will address any club business and member concerns.
And, of course, enjoy club fellowship over a meal. Marsh Landing 44 N

trip plan for those planning to make the drive is to meet at the DAV, 2265
N. Harbor City Blvd (US HWY 1), Melbourne, FL 32935, and be ready to
leave by 10:30 AM. The drive will take us to Fountainhead Memorial
Gardens arriving ~11:00 AM where we will spend about a half-hour at the
Keuper Memorial Site to pay our respects, photo shoot, etc. Those who
live south may want to join us there as opposed to starting in Melbourne.
The drive will then continue to Fellsmere, Marsh Landing (44 N.
Broadway St, Fellsmere, FL 32948), arriving before 12:00 AM. Please
RSVP to delewis67@aol.com by November 5th so we have an accurate
number to give the restaurant when the reservation is confirmed.

Melbourne, FL. All club members are welcome to attend. The meetings

Fort Christmas Historical Park

We will visit Fort Christmas
Historical Park Parks - Fort Christmas Historical Park, 1300 Fort
Christmas Rd, Christmas, FL 32709, in the morning to tour the historical
buildings and then have lunch at Lone Cabbage Fish Camp, 8199 SR 520,
Cocoa, FL 32926. The park includes a replica of a fort built in 1837
during the Second Seminole Indian War; a traditional Florida "Cracker"
house and eight pioneer homes. Lone Cabbage offers airboat rides for
anyone interested. Twister Airboat Rides at Lone Cabbage Fish Camp
The tentative plan is to meet at the Rockledge McDonald’s, 1876 S. US
Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955, by 8:30 AM to drive to Fort Christmas.
The drive is approximately 40 - 45 minutes. We’ll tour the historical
buildings at the fort and regroup to drive to lunch. RSVPs are requested
